You accept these Terms by either:
- paying for services
- continuing to use services; or
- engaging in the resources (either by reading or viewing) that may either be free or available to purchase.
Social Work Services
- Payment for sessions is in advance and must be paid for at time of booking or will need to be discussed for alternative arrangements.
- Cancellations that give over 48hrs notice are accepted and offered a refund, minus $30 administration fee.
- Postponements that give over 48hrs notice are offered a full credit for another appointment.
- Cancellations within 48hrs of appointment or nonattendance will be charged full fee.
Training
- $100 minimum deposit to secure your booking
- Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to training.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits can be credited to future training if there is more than 7 days’ notice given.
- If a person pays in full and is unable to attend Day 1 of MHFA or ASIST due to illness a $100 fee will need to be charged to cover administration and resources.
- If a person pays in full and is unable to attend Day 2 of MHFA or ASIST, no refund will be available.
- A future discounted fee can be discussed and negotiated if unable to attend day 2 of MHFA or ASIST.
- AAT reserves the right to re-negotiate aspects of its terms and conditions at any time.
